This policy applies to product purchased directly from our websites.

If there is nothing wrong with the craftsmanship of your fan but you would like to return it, no problem. You can initiate your return and print your return label up above.

In the unlikely and rare case that your fan is damaged or defective, please do NOT return the fan. Instead email info@ultimatehockeyfans.com and our Support team will resolve the problem with replacement parts or a replacement fan. We do not issue a refund to your credit card.


Any item that is received incorrectly or defective will require picture verification before the return process is started within the 30 day warranty period, please contact us here at info@ultimatehockeyfans.com
