Delivery between 2 - 3 weeks via FedEx.
Our products are shipped from the United States. All orders outside of the United States may incur duties and taxes during shipping. The recipient will be responsible for the duty and tax charges.
Ultimate Hockey Fans E- Commerce Return Policy for Residential Products
This policy applies to product purchased directly from our websites.
If there is nothing wrong with the craftsmanship of your fan but you would like to return it, no problem. You can initiate your return and print your return label up above.
- Within 30 days of purchase date.
- Fan and all its components should be in their original, un-installed condition and returned in its original packaging.
- We will refund your full purchase price plus taxes. We will deduct a a 30% re-stocking fee off the initial cost of the purchased product and any shipping charges even if the product was purchased with a discount code after we receive the returned product and inspect it.
- We will not refund the original shipping and handling charges (unless we actually shipped you the wrong product) and the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse. Upon confirmation of the return, will get in contact with you to simplify the return of the fan and arrange collection.
In the unlikely and rare case that your fan is damaged or defective, please do NOT return the fan. Instead email email@example.com and our Support team will resolve the problem with replacement parts or a replacement fan. We do not issue a refund to your credit card.
Any item that is received incorrectly or defective will require picture verification before the return process is started within the 30 day warranty period, please contact us here at firstname.lastname@example.org.
