Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery:

Delivery between 5-7 business days via FedEx or UPS and 1-2 weeks via FedEx during the holiday season.

Our products are shipped from the United States. All orders outside of the United States may incur duties and taxes during shipping. The recipient will be responsible for the duty and tax charges. Taxes and shipping calculated at checkout. Canadian customers will be responsible for additional import fees if any are due.

This policy applies to product purchased directly from our websites.

Ultimate Hockey Fans warrants its products for a period of thirty (30) days against any defects.  All sales are final.

In the unlikely and rare case that your fan, puck light or wall art is damaged or defective, please do NOT return these products. Instead email info@ultimatehockeyfans.com and our Support team will resolve the problem with replacement parts or a replacement fan. We do not issue a refund to your credit card. 

Any item that is received incorrectly or defective will require picture verification before the return process is started within the 30 day warranty period, please contact us here at info@ultimatehockeyfans.com.
